Conditions of the Sale:

• Seller guarantees that this kitten is healthy to the best of her knowledge. This kitten is guaranteed for 72 hours against, but not limited to the following ailments: upper respiratory infection, internal and external parasites, and FELV/FIV.
• Buyer has 72 hours to take the kitten to the vet for a health exam, if any health concerns are found, the buyer may return kitten to the seller within 72 hours with an explanation from the attending vet. No medical or travel charges will be refunded.
• During this first 72 hours, the kitten should be isolated from any other pets and monitored for health, eating, litter box usage and activity level.
• The seller is not responsible for any injury or illness to other pets caused by exposure to this kitten.
• Under no circumstances will this cat or kitten be sold, leased, or given away to any pet store, research laboratory, breeding mill or similar facility.
• This cat or kitten will be kept INDOORS only and not be allowed to roam freely outdoors.
• This cat or kitten WILL NOT be DECLAWED.
• Kitten is guaranteed to be of TICA Ragdoll purebred quality.
• Kitten is not intended for breeding and will be given with limited registration through TICA.
  • All necessary TICA registration information will be provided by seller to buyer when the buyer provides proof of spay/neuter.
  • We recommend spaying/neutering between six and 8 months old.
  • If this kitten was purchased altered, then registration papers will be sent within 30 days of the sale.
• If the kitten/cat dies within the First or Second Year of life due to an inherited genetic disease, buyer must inform seller and provide a necropsy from a certified veterinarian. Seller will then replace said kitten with one of equal quality when one becomes available.
• If buyer decides they can no longer keep the kitten, CuddleDolls Ragdolls will gladly take them back at any given time. Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of said cat/kitten upon return of cat/kitten.
• CuddleDolls Ragdolls also reserves the first right of refusal if buyer decides to re-home this cat/kitten.
• If buyer returns cat/kitten, they will be returned with all registration paperwork and with any other applicable health information. This policy is to protect CuddleDolls Ragdolls kittens/cats from ending up in a shelter or less desirable home.
